Customer Service Coordinator

The holder of this post will be responsible for ensuring that the British Council in Uzbekistan delivers an excellent level of customer service, both internally and externally. The job covers handling customer interactions directly and in addition to this includes the supervision, leading, and coaching of the Customer Services Assistants / Consultants to deliver high-quality service through different communication channels.
