Secure, online access to results for organisations
With our IELTS Results Verification Service your organisation can check if test-takers are presenting genuine results, securely and free of charge.
Your organisation can also opt to download results, instead of receiving hard copies of individual Test Report Forms.
How to register?
Step 1: Check if your organisation is already registered on our Who accepts IELTS? search tool.
You can register your organisation, or update your organisation's details if already registered.
Step 2: Request access to the results verification and downloads service.
Once your organisation has listed its IELTS requirements on this website, you can then request access to verify and download results online by completing an application form.
If your organisation already has access to the results verification and downloads service, then please log into the platform. If not, you can register for new access.
Please note that this service is only available to IELTS recognising organisations. Test takers should NOT complete this form. If you are a test taker and want to send your results to an organisation, you should contact the test centre where you took the test.
How does it work?
The free, secure IELTS Results Verification Service allows organisations to quickly verify that an applicant is presenting a genuine Test Report Form by checking that the results you receive match the results held on the IELTS database.
Once you have registered for the IELTS Results Verification Service, you may then opt in to download IELTS results electronically instead of receiving hard copies of results.
The IELTS download service allows registered organisations to securely download verified IELTS results for all test takers who have applied to their organisation. This means:
- you can feel confident that results are genuine as they will be securely transferred direct from official IELTS systems to your data system
- you will save time by downloading results in bulk, at a time that's convenient for you
- test-takers will no longer need to present paper Test Report Forms.
Please note that if you opt in to the secure batch downloads service, hard copy Test Report Forms will no longer be posted to your institution.
