Role overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service across multiple channels (in-person, email, phone, social media).
- Handle enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Support sales through proactive communication, lead nurturing, and cross-selling.
- Assist with exam registration, payments, and pre/post-test processes.
- Supervise and coach customer service team members, including ad-hoc staff.
- Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in English (B1/B2) and Uzbek and/or Russian (B2/C1).
- Experience in customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Desirable:
- Customer Service or Sales qualification.
- Experience supporting exam services or cultural engagement projects.
